Lead Generation Executive
Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our Web Development and Digital Marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and implement effective lead‑generation strategies.
- Manage 30 to 40 LinkedIn accounts for consistent lead generation.
- Schedule meetings with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to ensure smooth closure and negotiation.
- Conduct market research and maintain strong communication with prospects.
- Utilize LinkedIn as a primary lead‑generation platform.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to address client inquiries effectively.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead quotas and conversion metrics.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong ability to create and implement lead‑generation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.

- Hands‑on experience with the LinkedIn platform.
