Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our Web Development and Digital Marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and implement effective lead‑generation strategies.
  • Manage 30 to 40 LinkedIn accounts for consistent lead generation.
  • Schedule meetings with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to ensure smooth closure and negotiation.
  • Conduct market research and maintain strong communication with prospects.
  • Utilize LinkedIn as a primary lead‑generation platform.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead quotas and conversion metrics.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to create and implement lead‑generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with the LinkedIn platform.
  • Freshers can also apply.
